A Multilingual Experience with 100+ Voices
One of the standout features of Synth Voice is its extensive voice library. Whether you want a male or female voice, a soothing tone, or a more energetic one, this extension has got you covered.
Enhancing YouTube Accessibility
Accessibility is a crucial aspect of any online platform, and Synth Voice contributes significantly to making YouTube more accessible for all users. It provides an alternative way to consume content for those with visual impairments or individuals who simply prefer listening over reading.
User Reviews Speak Volumes
Don't just take my word for it - the user reviews for Synth Voice are overwhelmingly positive. Users like Ayrton Moura and -syretihwak Reis are amazed by its performance, praising its accuracy in simultaneous translation and congratulating the developers for creating such an incredible tool.
While there may be occasional concerns, like the limited language support mentioned by Андрей Карманов, it's evident that the majority of users find Synth Voice to be a game-changer. For example, techy grrrl expresses gratitude for the extension's compatibility with macOS and its ability to auto-translate captions from Korean to English.
Even Belt Course, a YouTube tutorial creator, recognizes the power of Synth Voice and recommends it as an alternative to YouTube's beta auto-translation feature. This endorsement from content creators demonstrates the value and effectiveness of this extension.
A Word of Caution and Troubleshooting Tips
It's worth noting that some users have reported conflicts with other YouTube extensions. If you encounter any issues or the extension fails to work correctly, try disabling other extensions to ensure smooth functionality.

Pls, add Microsoft Azure TTS (with user generated API key). BUG: The blue button from the video is missing, lost.
The control buttons on the control bar have disappeared.
the most useful extension for people that cant watch and read at the same time without getting exhausted 10/10
You can add voices in Latin or Mexican Spanish
I can´t uninstall it. Every time I open opera it reappears!
This AI extension is well for Spanish speakers who want to know what is going on in English videos..
Outstanding! Thank you so much.
It's free and it does what it's supposed to do.
Installed it in Microsoft Edge and only the same voices that work in the Chrome works here. WHen you select one of the other voices in the dropdown in the extentsion, the voice stays silent. Please fix it that those voices in Edge work as well as they are much more easy listening to sound to,
Amazing
Great extension, but to make it better, increase support for Microsoft Edge's natural voices, I would be grateful for this update.
If it works, read tutorials
Very good.
When dealing with delayed audio, there are two options: speeding up the audio or slowing down the video. If you choose to slow down the video, you might encounter repeated words or phrases when the video catches up with the audio. Please make improvements.
My biggest problem is that it loses control when you fast forward or rewind the video, it stops translating, then after a few minutes, it continues with the narration but doesn't sync with the video, and it usually gets stuck in a loop but rarely resynchronizes. If you pause the video, it also doesn't return to its function immediately.
It doesn't work on Edge, it only works on Chrome, but I use Edge because Chrome is very slow. I hope they fix this issue with this extension.
Icon never appears on youtube. App is dead
I'm blind and this program helped me solve the problem of screen readers not being able to read YouTube subtitles aloud, thank you very much.
The subtitle problem has already been resolved, subtitles are now displaying, and the application is working again. I give it five stars.
